The Pimm's Cup is a great option for a hot summer day. It’s a classic British treat, popular at festivals and regattas – not too sweet or strong (unless you make it that way, of course.). Pimms Number 1 is a smooth, gin-based beverage with hints of spice and citrus. It’s a little uncommon, but you should be able to find it at the liquor store.
For the classic Pimm’s cup, fill a tall glass tumbler with ice, and pour in one part Pimm’s with two parts ginger ale or 7-up. Add a slice or two of orange and cucumber as a garnish – don’t worry; it won’t make it weird. Some people like to add mint leaves as well; do whatever you like!
